Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
