Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
